4 quick tips about outfit {new stitch fix box arrived!}

I was so excited for this last box to arrive!

If you’re not familiar with stitch fix, it’s a monthly subscription where they send you a box of clothes. You keep what you like, send the rest back. It costs $20 for the stylist to put together items she thinks you’ll like. If you keep anything, you can put the $20 towards clothing. So far I’ve loved every box. It’s like Christmas! So fun. I highly recommend stitch fix. Click here to fill out a style profile.

This is not a sponsored post. There are referral links, but all opinions are my own.

This top {above} was on of my favorites. It’s flowy, fun and flattering.

The great jacket is a fun color. I wish it had a hood, but overall I love the fabric and style.

The dress above was the thing I was most unsure about. The fabric isn’t something I would have picked out myself, but I love the way it fits.

And the coral club sweatshirt and striped bag were also in my stitch fix box!

  1. I like what you chose. I think that these work well because clothing that has a V neck (like the 1st flowy top) and nips in at the waist, but ends at your hip (like the jacket and pink top) work best for your body type. I think the pattern of the blue skirt is flattering, but I would wear it with a top that is a bit longer so that it is a better proportion for your body. Tops that create a V shape, either at the neck, by criss-crossing through the bodice, or by buttoning up just the bottom button or two of a sweater or jacket will elongate your torso and be the most flattering. I think your choices through stitch fix have been some of the most flattering that I have seen on you so far. Can’t wait to see more.

  2. Agreed! I love the flowy top and the sweatshirt. I tried Stitch fix for the first time last month and was pleasantly surprised. They got my style right and I have some lovely additions. I also have the Target booties that you wear frequently in your photos. I have them in black and was persuaded to get some in nude as well by the great way you style them. They are so comfy. Thanks for the inspiration! : )
