Last year I purchased the

"Last year I purchased the “Nativity Set - A Savior Is Born” for my wife as a Christmas Present. She fell in love with the designs she found online. And while we both love the design and quality of the figures, I was disappointed by the packaging of the product as shipped. The figures were bundled loose in the stable. In fact, it arrived damage, the star had fallen off, but I re-attached it before I wrapped it and gave it to my wife. I was disappointed that there is no storage box. The product it a premium product, the figures are little works of art and should treated as such through all phases. As much effort should be given to the shipping and storage aspect of product development as design and fabrication. This year I ordered “The Stable Animals Bundle”. Again, the design and fabrication of figures is delightful. However, the care in packing and shipping was severely lacking. The animals were put in a little drawstring bag, free to hit and rub against each other. The bag of figurines was shipped in an unpadded poly envelope. I feel that I love the figurines more than the shipping department. Thank you sharing your art with the world they are little treasures."
