Kindred Hearts double initials gold-plated necklace is cast in sterling silver, and comes with your choice of 1-5 hearts, each engraved with one note. The 3-heart option measures approximately 1/2" H x 1-1/4" W, and hangs from your choice of gold-filled link chain.Your custom piece will be made just for you, exactly as you type it. As an intentional design decision, we stamp in lowercase letters only. To specify a heart, please enter <3.
