"Hi: I recently purchased 2 heart with flower charms with 2 of my granddaughters names engraved - Marlowe & Emersyn. I am disappointed with the quality of these charms compared to 5 of the same charms I purchased with my 5 other grandkids names. The quality is not the same, nor is the thickness and engraving as good as previous charms. Since I wanted them all to be on the same necklace, it is disappointing the difference. The quality of the charms has definitely changed."
