How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard production takes 7 to 10 business days, and expedited production takes 4 to 6 business days. Both timelines are in addition to shipping transit time. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100; expedited shipping is $13.99 and free on orders over $300.
Because every personalized piece is hand-stamped to order, production time is separate from shipping time. If you are ordering for a specific date, please count backwards from both.
Can I return personalized pet jewelry?
Personalized items are non-refundable, because each piece is made to order. If you return one within 30 days, unused and in original packaging, we will issue a gift card for 80% of the purchase price.
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original unused condition, for a full refund or exchange.
If an error occurred on our end, we will remake the piece or issue a full refund. Read our full return policy here.
What is your warranty policy?
Our warranty differs by item type. For non-personalized items, we offer our standard craftsmanship guarantee. If your piece arrives defective, contact us within 60 days and we will make it right. For personalized items, we offer an extended 3-year warranty that covers defects in workmanship, normal wear and tear, resizing, clasp and chain repair, and more. If anything needs attention, reach out to our team and we will take care of you.
