How long does it take to get my jewelry?

Please give us 1-2 weeks to create your custom, hand-stamped jewelry. Please note that shipping is not included in this time frame.

Will the letters be perfectly straight?

Each piece is hand-stamped, which means it has character and beauty. More often then not the lines are not perfectly straight, resulting in a handmade organic feel. Our intention is to give you a well made quality piece.

What metal are your products made from?

we specify what kind of metal is used on every product description. we use only the best quality lead-free metals!

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship internationally, but please note that we declare the actual value on the customs form and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame, as international orders have to go through customs. *Please note we are not responsible for any additional fees or service charges incurred by customs or your chosen mail carrier.

What does the extended 3 Year Warranty cover?

This 3 year extended warranty will cover defects in workmanship or the materials. This plan will also cover problems associated with normal wear and tear of your jewelry.

This warranty includes the following services:

Inspection, cleaning and refurbishing 2 times throughout the warranty; Sizing; Replacement of missing stones (up to 1/4 carat) ; Repair or remaking of worn channels; Clasp repair or replacement; Chain repair or replacement; Earrinig back and post repair or replacement                                                                                                                              

What is not covered by the warranty?

Jewelry that is damaged due to excessive wear or abuse will not be covered by this plan; Jewelry repairs performed by any other jeweler will void this warranty; This plan does not cover theft, loss, abuse or accidental damage, or loss of stones over 1/4 carat twt; Return shipping is not covered by this plan.

Why is your hope{full} collection not valid with any coupons or discounts? 

Our hope{full} collection is fair trade and sustainable--when you purchase pieces from this collection, we donate a portion of proceeds from your purchase back to a non-profit organization in Ecuador called Jungle Kids. We purchase this line from Ecuadorian women artisans at a fair price, and work on keeping our pricing affordable for our customers so that they can give back to Ecuadorian children and women by purchasing these pieces. 

I need a necklace rushed, can you help?

Your best bet is to choose express shipping at checkout; this alerts our production team to ship your order within 5 business days.

What if i need something changed on my order?

We work hard to process your orders as quickly as possible, in order to get them to you sooner. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been processed. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact us as quickly as possible at customerservice@lisaleonardonline.com. We want your order to be perfect, so we will do our best to make your request happen.

Can you stamp on the back side of the piece?

There are only a few pieces that can be stamped on both sides, You'll see this noted in the description.

Will you stamp anything on a piece?

We can stamp most things but not everything! We reserve the right to cancel orders with customization requests that contain profanity or inappropriate language. We will contact you if we aren't able to complete your order.

Can I buy additional charms later on?

If we still have the specific charms to match your piece we will gladly sell them to you ‘a la carte’. Please note ‘a la carte' items are slightly more expensive due to additional production time.

Are your chains sturdy?

We offer a variety of different chains, always trying to ensure they are sturdy, although some are more delicate than others. But if you've got young kids or you are active, we recommend the sterling ball chain (it's very sturdy).

What if I want to add a tag or more customization when I have another kiddo?

We can add a tag or additional customization to most of our necklaces but not all. We charge a flat fee of $7 for adding customization to your piece or re-polishing your piece. Prices vary for additional tags. Please contact us at customerservice@lisaleonardonline.com to find out if you have a necklace we can add to.

My necklace isn't what I expected, what should I do?

Unfortunately, custom orders are non-refundable, but we do want you to be happy. Please email us at customerservice@lisaleonardonline.com and we'll see what we can do. You can return/exchange any non-custom piece within 30 days of the shipping date, minus shipping costs for store credit. Your piece must be in its original condition and undamaged.
