"Complaint is inability to reach a human and even though I got the 3 yr warranty, aside from the address on the slip theres no info on how to use this IF needed. The online info keeps looping me to chat and chat links me to something that loops me back to them. Not helpful. I believe my niece will love this but personally, I feel the chain is a little big (not delicate enough) for the charm. I got her a 2nd chain just in case she feels the same way.
