How long does it take to get my jewelry?

Please give us 1-3 weeks to create your custom, hand-stamped jewelry. Please note that shipping is not included in this time frame and our timelines might be extended during peak seasons. 

What shipping methods do you offer?

All available shipping methods, with stated timelines, can be found in the cart upon checkout. During peak seasons, expedited and rush shipping may not be available. Standard shipping is $5 unless accompanied by a free promotional product. Free promotional product incurs a cost in accordance with the shipping and handling of the item in question. International shipping can take 3-6 weeks and we are not responsible for items held up in customs. In the rare event your order is lost in transit once shipped, we are not responsible, but will do what we can to help you locate it. If you pay for expedited shipping but your order is stopped in our quality control department, causing it to be late, we will refund your shipping fee. We cannot change the shipping method once an order has been placed.

Will the letters be perfectly straight?

Each piece is hand-stamped, which means it has character and beauty. Most lines are not perfectly straight, resulting in a handmade organic feel. Our intention is to give you a well made quality piece.

What metal are your products made from?

We specify what kind of metal is used on every product description. We use only the best quality lead-free metals!

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship internationally, but please note that we declare the actual value on the customs form and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame, as international orders have to go through customs. *Please note we are not responsible for any additional fees or service charges incurred by customs or your chosen mail carrier.

What does the Extended 3 Year Warranty cover?

This 3 year extended warranty will cover defects in workmanship or the materials. This plan will also cover problems associated with normal wear and tear of your jewelry.

  • • This warranty includes the following services: Inspection, cleaning and refurbishing 2 times throughout the warranty; Sizing; Replacement of missing stones (up to 1/4 carat) ; Repair or remaking of worn channels; Clasp repair or replacement; Chain repair or replacement; Earring back and post repair or replacement;

  • • What is not covered by the warranty? Jewelry that is damaged due to excessive wear or abuse will not be covered by this plan; Jewelry repairs performed by any other jeweler will void this warranty; This plan does not cover theft, loss, abuse or accidental damage, or loss of stones over 1/4 carat; Return shipping is not covered by this plan.

I need a necklace rushed, can you help?

We cannot rush our production time, but we do offer expedited shipping options most of the time.

What if I need something changed on my order?

Because each piece is custom made to order, once you check out, changes cannot be made. When you receive your piece, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it for you at no additional cost. We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it.

Can you stamp on the back side of the piece?

There are only a few pieces that can be stamped on both sides. You'll see this noted in the description.

Will you stamp anything on a piece?

We can stamp most things but not everything! We reserve the right to cancel orders with customization requests that contain profanity or inappropriate language. We will contact you if we aren't able to complete your order.

Can I buy additional charms or add to my piece later on?

Because our pieces are handmade to order, we cannot add additional customization to existing pieces. We do offer a selection of pieces that can be added to over time by purchasing additional charms from our a la carte section. 

Why is there a small black paper in my box?

We sometimes include a small black paper to absorb moisture. This will keep your piece from tarnishing.

Are your chains sturdy?

We offer a variety of different chains, always trying to ensure they are sturdy, although some are more delicate than others. But if you've got young kids or you are active, we recommend the sterling ball chain (it's very sturdy). We are happy to replace broken chains up to 30 days after ship date.

What are the leather care instructions?

For day to day maintenance, a dab of sunflower /vegetable oil, on a dry, clean sponge or cloth rubbed over the bag evenly will work to re-oil the leather and also protects the leather from cracking as well as sealing the leather for mild weather resistance. This will also help if you have got small water marks on the leather. 

Small scratches can be removed by rubbing them gently with your finger, as the natural oils on your hands will work into the leather. For larger scratches and marks apply a tiny amount of oil to the mark, let it soak in for a few minutes and then wipe the excess away with a clean soft cloth. It may make the leather initially appear darker but this is just because the oil is soaking in.

My piece isn't what I expected, what should I do?

It is important to us that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to return it for a different item, or issue a full refund within 30 days of the ship date. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. If an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund. If you ordered a ring, without the warranty, and the sizing is not correct we charge a re-sizing fee of $7 per ring.
