What I’m Wearing {neutrals for summer}

July 4th | what I'm wearing

Hi friends! It’s Wednesday and also the 4th of July! Which means we’ll be having a lazy day with family and celebrating David’s 10th birthday. Woohoo! I’m linking up with Lindsey from The Pleated Poppy for some fashion inspiration.

I’ve had this skirt and top for a while, but I’ve never worn them–so I decided to make it work. It felt like a dressy outfit and very neutral–so I added some color with our turquoise stones necklace. Happy 4th friends! I hope your day is mellow and fun.

Skirt, TJ Maxx. Button-up top, Forever 21. Sandals, TJ Maxx. Turquoise stones necklace, My shop. Cuff, flea market.

    I always get a kick out of you saying you’ve had this or that for awhile but never worn it…as I have a few items in my closet that somehow always get put aside…and recently I was inspired to give them another look. (some got donated…others are now being worn) Happy Birthday wishes to your son! Enjoy!
