I used to avoid pink…until I had a baby girl. There is so much pink in my life right now that I have decided it is really a neutral — it goes with everything! And, happily pink seems to work magic by making my 40+ skin look nice…(not as nice as my little girl’s skin, but much nicer than my basic black!)
Well, My favorite “Pink” thing would be my daughters little lips, which are so cute and perfectly shaped……which no boy will kiss until she’s at least “45”, hee hee.

My favorite pink thing is the pink birthmark on my daughter. She was born with many “stork bites” on her eyelids, between her eyes and on the back of her neck. The doctor told me they would fade, and they have, but I can still see them, and I love to kiss them. That is my favorite Pink Thing!

I love ALL things pink. It is a good thing I have two daughters, or I’d have some boys with serious identity issues cause they’d still be in pink. 😉 My favourite pink thing is something I don’t have anymore, it was my very first real camera of my own. My father bought it for me when I was about 16 and I loved that thing SO much. I was always the one taking pics at parties and school. Sadly, it ended up getting lost at a camping weekend when I was 17.

Oh…what a darling, lovely necklace. My current favourite pink thing is the cute, fuzzy, rough pink tongue of my furbaby kitty, Mr. Big, as he sticks it out to clean himself, and when he decides that I need a good handwashing as I’m giving him his headscritches. And especially when he forgets that he was just giving himself a bath, and falls asleep with a tiny bit of his pink tongue sticking out of his mouth. I didn’t used to like pink, but I’m finding that I enjoy it more and more every day now! Especially in combination with brown.

I really like my pink rhinstones that I got for $1 to decorate my daughters scrapbook that house her Nutcracker pictures.I had this great sweater that I wore when i was pregnant and it was the palest pink. My favorite pink thing is from something I saw today. This afternoon at the Iowa State University men’s basketball game the entire student sections lining both ends of the building were wearing pink shirts for breast cancer. It was such an awesome sight to see them supporting such an important cause.

Seven years ago, my husband and I were expecting twin girls. We frequented a laundry mat in town, and a very sweet old lady was always on duty when we were there. Hi Lisa! Adorable necklace! My favorite pink thing is a little conversation heart that says “marry me” that my husband proposed to me with. There’s more to it-I had given him that same heart years before on Valentine’s Day when we were dating and he saved it. How nice of you to give away two of these. My favorite pink this is the stuffed rabbit I got when I was 2 years old…I am 36 now. I slept with him every night until about 6 years ago when he became too fraglie and his “beans” started falling out. He now has a cozy home in a little bureau draw and I take him out whenever I need someone to understand what no one else around me can.

I would say with two little girls my favorite pink “thing” is pink toenail polish. The girls love to have their toenails painted and giggle the entire time.

My favorite pink item is my pink swarovski crystal bracelet with a sterling silver bead with the word HOPE on it. I made it 4 years ago when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I have never taken it off my wrist. It is reminder to never lose hope and always say a prayer for my mom. She is a 4 year survivor-and I am so thankful to the Lord for her.

I have just found a new love for pink lately. My youngest DD is making me some fingerless gloves and has one done, I am patiently waiting for the other one to be completed. She has taught herself how to knit and loves making things for everyone.

What a GREAT necklace! I would have to say my favorite pink thing would be a pink a white striped beach towel that I received as a wedding present. That was 12 years ago. You would think that it would be worn out, but it isn’t. It reminds me of our honeymoon and what a great time we had!

All I can think of pink is my mother in law, who discovered a breast cancer a few days before Thanksgiving. She just got one of her breasts removed five days before Christmas. It was not nice to get two things happening on both holidays within one month. But this time, I had hoped that I am able to give her the Valentine message, “Melt my heart” would brighten her, instead of receiving the repeating negative news.

My favorite pink thing would have to be the pretty pink rosary I received as a gift from my mother as a small child. I remember being so excited to have one for my very own! It has faded to a very light pink now, but is very special to me.

Max is often sad that I have a “Ruby” ring but not a “Max” ring and says he wants to buy one for me. For now, my little pink plastic ring is my “Max” ring. I wear it very proudly. My daughter has a pink magic wand that is motion sensitive. When you wave it around, it makes this bubbly “magic” sound. And it so works for my three-year-old. If I can’t get her to do something, I just get the magic wand, wave it around, and like magic she complies. (Yes, I realize this is a temporary trick, but it works for now and I love it!)
I would have to say that my favorite “pink” thing is bubblicious Pink Paradise gum. I have been chewing that since i was a child and I still love it. It’s almost become a guilty pleasure!!!!
