  2. I have had correspondence with customer service regarding my second order with you. The handmade ring arrived with the starburst not completed around the heart. I do question quality control on a “handmade” item. I sent picture stating it was Christmas gift and i had purchased it ample time to get by Christmas. A special gift for a friend that just lost her son. The representative did not address the delivery time. I was told i would receive a prepaid return slip in 2 days. It has been over a week. Unfortunately the communication is poor and the response time is not acceptable. I then sent 2 more emails. Yesterday I was told there was no guarantee I would get it by Christmas. Please understand the rep was pleasant , however her pleastries did not solve my dillema. I also have a pending order that I asked to have canceled. Very disappointed. I realize mistakes happen but as a business owner I appreciate when I am enlightened by my clients that have true and valid concerns over customer service.

  3. I recently ordered two rings and was very disappointed. The metal is cheap and thin, and the ring is not to size. I encourage others to consider another shop for this ‘personalized’ rings.

I just ordered a stacking ring and was able to put the date on it that my husband and I started together for the 2nd time and till forever, excited to get it on my finger and another one called the passage ring, hope they look ok together, because this week I realized that I have lost the diamond out of my ring that I got July 12th 1969 and I am replacing it with these that mean a lot to me… Life is not about $$ it’s about being grateful for what we have and I am so grateful I have our beautiful family and the love of my life and can put the date on a ring and wear it proudly. I also got the Sunburst necklace… In honor of our Great Granddaughter Ella Alexandra that was born on October 21, 2015 and was in the loving arms of Jesus on November 7, 2015.. it will make me remember her and feel close to her when I wear it..
