Hello Monday! Do summer days tend to run together for you? I love the slower mornings and in general I am relaxed and unmotivated. It’s kind of nice!
Last week, we spent the day with my sister and her family and some friends who were camping in Refugio Beach. It’s about an hour and a half south of us. Since we just spent the day we got to have all of the fun of camping with none of the work. Awesome.
I have lots of fun pictures to share. These pictures tell the story of summer. I’ve been going back to them to soak up the feelings they bring. Isn’t summer a magical time?

I am saying hello to cleaning up my house after being gone for two weeks – my husband and kids tried their best, but it’s needing some tlc! Hello to a little one at camp each morning, and hello to finishing the first Harry Potter book with my older daughter. Hello to going to see “Before Midnight” with my cousin on Thursday (can’t wait!), and to lots of fun with her and the rest of our family while she’s in town.

Oh, this looks like so much fun! Nothing beats a lazy, relaxed day at the beach. I keep preparing my husband for the day I ask him to move us to the coast…maybe when our kids are a tad older. Right now, I still need to be close to my mamma! 🙂
