love: vintage robe

I picked up this very vintage {1920’s?} robe last week at Ruby Rose and I’ve been wearing it like a kimono. It’s so delicate and pretty–and fun to pair with jeans and boots. And speaking of boots–these ones are new for fall and I’ve been wearing them everyday. They are so comfortable and easy! I’m linking up with Lindsey at The Pleated Poppy for some fashion inspiration.

Outfit details: Jeans {similar}, Zappos. Tee, TJ Maxx. Vintage robe, Ruby Rose. Boots, Frye via Zappos. Bracelets, My shop.

  1. Lisa, I’ve just ordered 5 of the wholeness necklaces this weekend for myself and my 4 best friends from college -we travel once a year from 5 different cities to reunite for a girls’ weekend adn catch up with each others’ lives. We always bring one favorite thing as a gift for each other, and I can’t wait to bring mine! I chose from the different colors of beads to represent their spirits. Thank you for such a wonderful necklace design that can suit the varying beautiful characters of my lovely ladies.

My question: I’m curious to ask you about your lipstick, do you always wear the same red, or do you switch? Can you share your fresh-looking makeup routine with us? I love makeup but want to be more adventurous with color!
    Thank you!

  2. Yes, you do manage to make anything you put on look so cute! Who else would have thought to pair a vintage robe with jeans. Cleaver!

  3. you manage to make everything look lovely in anything Lisa. I think I would look silly :). you have a real talent for mixing vintage clothes in with contemporary clothes.
