wiww {stripes and a jean jacket}

It’s Wednesday and I’m linking up with Lindsey at the Pleated Poppy for some fashion inspiration! I guess I was in a stripes and jean jacket mood last week–two different dresses I wore had horizontal stripes and I paired them with a jean jacket. Easy and comfortable!Jersey dress, Gap. I bought this dress for our trip to Thailand. It’s super easy to wear and will transition from winter to spring to summer.

Gray wedges, Target.

I brought back the scarf from Thailand. Jean jacket, Gap. Layered Bracelets–Thin sterling cuff, Devoted bracelet, my shop.

This dress is shorter than I would usually wear–but the thick gray tights make it perfect for a warmer winter day. Similar dress, Gap.

My dear necklace, my shop. Tights, Target. Jean jacket, Gap. Molded heart bracelet, My shop.

Boots, Fossil.

I’m off to Blissdom today! I’m excited and nervous–so many people I want to see and new people to meet. I’m so sad to leave my boys but looking forward to some girl time. Maybe next Wednesday I’ll share pictures of all the cute outfits people wore from Blissdom–if I don’t get lazy and forget about my camera. What was the last thing you did that made you feel kind of nervous?

  1. I LOVE that long striped dress from Gap! These looks are making me excited for Spring. I’m still bundled up in sweaters every day here in Maine!

  2. I tried that Gap maxi dress on and tried to love it. I really felt like it clung to any belly pudge I had. Did you size up to get it to look so flowy? I am 5’10” and wear about a 10 (8 in Gap) in pants. It looks gorgeous on you!

    Love the short striped dress too!Your blog is lovely!

  3. You always look so fabulous!!!
    Now if only I could get out of my black sweatpants and sneakers and rock a cute outfit like you do.
    You have inspired me to try!!

  4. I always love your outfits! I would wear every single outfit you own. I’m usually a WIWW lurker, but today I decided to participate. It’s always fun to see what everyone is wearing.
