  1. I know…it seems I’m always late here but I just had to answer your ?…what piece of clothing can’t I part with??? Just yesterday this came to mind when I put on ‘my’ college sweatshirt. I got it as a gift in HS and have had it for 30+ years. It’s so wonderfully comfortable!

  2. Here it is ,Tuesday and I am catching up with with you. I love what you wore last Wed. Where do you find those cute tops. They seem to be the perfect length to wear over jeans or tights and boots. Love, maybe you could design a limited edition of fashions to wear with your jewelry. Marvelous.

  3. Your third outfit is my fave. You look great in aqua! I love my 8 year old Ugg boots (so ugly now but So comfy)! I won’t give them up until I get a new pair…which may be never.

  4. You are just adorable and especially in outfit #3, love the aqua color on you. I hear that Frye boots are the “be all, do all” of boots. Pioneer Woman is a huge advocate of them. I think I just may have to have a pair. :o)

Blessings to you and your sweet family!

  5. You look amazing!!! :o) I would really like some style tips! Maybe next time you are in Fres??
Soooo GLAD that David is home and doing well. Take care Leonard family.

  6. I have a few crocheted items my Mom made for me in Jr. High not that I can wear them but, I got em !!
Love your style you are a true inspiration.. I couldn’t pull off the dress with jeans thing it looks effortless on you though… thanks for keeping wednesday Fab.!!! be blessed !

  7. i really like that green chair you were sitting on. i need that for my kitchen table, which has all mismatched chairs!

  8. I am currently weearing my avorite pink terry cloth sweats I’ve had for 7, almost 8, years. I think I’ll be buried in them. I’m so very glad David is doing well. God is good!

  9. I always love all your outfits! So happy that you share them with us. Glad to hear that David is on the mend and you are feeling in a routine again. What a nice feeling!

  12. Love What I Wore Wednesday…you always inspire me to try something new! I will definitely be layering my family tree necklace (my absolute fave) with pearls — what a fun combo:) Now, will you share some tips for getting such beautiful curls with another curly-haired mama? Please?

  13. I enjoy seeing your outfits. For the piece of clothing I won’t part with, I have a red fleece shirt that I’ve had for almost 15 years. It isn’t suitable for public viewing so it never leaves the house but it’s just so snuggly.

  14. You are too cute! Love the scarf with the posie pin, super cute! I have a sweatshirt my hubby gave me in college (about 16-17 yrs old) that I will never throw away. It is so ratty, but I love it and still wear it!

  15. Thank you so much for posting this! I have so much trouble trying to put cute outfits together and to show how they go so great with your jewelry is just icing! I often wish I had someone to come to my house and show me how to wear the clothes and jewelry I have and you have done just that! I love all of your looks!

  16. You look so pretty, Lisa! I especially like the first few pics of the skirt outfit. Way to go! Love the new LLD Christmas pcs.
Yes, gearing up for Christmas without taking any attention away from Thanksgiving coming up first….hard to do, but we’re doing it.

  18. i love your diy “love” sign! i’m going to try it with a red “joy” for christmas. you could do this for every season and holiday! great idea.

i cannot part with my ocean city, nj sweatshirt. it’s old, stained and dorky. but that time in my life was a huge growth period and it just brings back such warm memories.

  19. You looks just lovely – as always! I have been eyeing those Anthro boots – are they the Martingales? Are they pretty true to size? I wear a whopping size 10 (yes, I have boats for feet) and so I figure I would need a 41 … I have never bought shoes at Anthro and woudl be ordering on line, so it is good to know if the sizes are pretty accurate.

I am so relieved to hear that David is healing so well and that you are all back to enjoying quality time together at home!

Take care of you and of that sweet family of yours!

  20. I love your first and third outfit. The skirt is so pretty and feminine. The scarf in the third outfit looks great with the turquoise cardi and petal pusher. You always inspire me with fun, fresh outfits. You make it look so effortless. I always feel like I’m trying too hard when I wear something out of my style comfort zone. I also like how you mix clothes from various stores–Anthro + Target = Fab!!!

I have some old college sweatshirts that I can’t part with, too!

  21. absolutely love your wiww posts! i try to copy your style but i’m short and that makes wearing dresses with jeans very hard! oh well–i’ll keep trying! LOVE the cream/turquoise outfit.
i have an old french club tee from high school (i can’t believe i’m writing this but next year will be 20 years since i graduated!!!!) that i cannot get rid of. i only wear it when i’m sick at home and thankfully that hasn’t been very often.

  22. You are just the cutest thing! You inspired me to wear my jeans with a dress! I don’t know if I can pull it off as good as you do! You’ll have to check mine out! I have loved going thru your blog. I didn’t even know you had one until I checked out WIWW with Lindsey! Very inspiring! I’m so glad your son did so well with his surgery! I have been praying for him and you and your husband.

  23. I part with all my clothes fairly easily! You are looking adorable as usual Lisa! I just ordered your brave heart necklace yesterday as my newest accessory to beautify my outfits! Can’t wait to get it! So fun and thanks for the 20% off deal you sent out in your email! Perfect! Yay!
