June 30th | san luis obispo

i hung out with edward and bella late last night

{yes, i am a big nerd!}

which means i was up way past my bedtime.

so we’ll keep it simple today…

what’s your favorite summer treat (to cool off)?

mine is peanut butter frozen yogurt with butterfingers.

or maybe fresh strawberries over homemade vanilla ice cream.

    Can I say Taylor Lautner is my favourite summer treat (at least this summer), or do I sound like a dirty old lady (I am only in my mid-30s, but old enough to be his mom!!!)? If not, then hazelnut gelato! How was Eclipse? I was going to go last night to see a local marathon of all three, but had to pack instead for a little trip today … will see it with girlfriends next week when I am back!

    I’m sorry but this must be said: The nerds are the ones who do NOT know who Edward and Bella are. There. Send the hate mail my way. I had a great time last night with a very good friend and saw an awesome movie to boot!
    As far as a summer treat goes- sliced watermelon fresh from the fridge. :-)

    Hey Penny, maybe you could let us ‘nerds’ in on who or what Edward and Bella are – not heard about this in England!

  33. Denise C. says:

    Penny, there is no need for name calling. Some of us do not watch wasteful TV if that is where we would know who Edward and Bella are.

    Edward and Bella are from the Twilight Books and the 3rd Movie “Eclipse” that just came out here in the US yesterday…fun times!

  35. Amy says:

    Your not alone Lisa! My girlfriends and I even had T-shirts. It was fun. Frozen pitted cherries are the best.

    Thank you Margie Brown. I am not into the Twilight series, & had no idea who they were.

    Fresh squeezed lemonade in a chilled glass….ahhhh!

    Edward and Bella…yep DD and I partied with them into to the wee hours of Wednesday morning too. Still trying to recover my lost hours of beauty sleep and trying to suppress my giggles at the goofiness of it all! :)
