i’m trying to get better about taking a weekend and working less. I need to let my brain rest. This weekend I had two bridal showers and one great date. I also managed to squeeze in some chocolate chip pancakes, a couple loads of laundry and a few great conversations. So refreshing!!

Love the photos, as always. I skipped the recipe post because my idea of cooking these days is heating up a frozen family meal. I’ll admit it, I’m not a cook. Mainly because my job is so fulltime I don’t even get home till 7, and then on the weekends, we’re always running around and eating out or at friends’ homes. Tonight, though we are going to be at home, maybe I will try a recipe!
