stretched canvas prints

June 28th | older posts

i’ve been wanting to do this for so long, and i finally ordered prints on stretched canvas.  i hung them on the wall above the dresser in our bedroom.  we used (which i googled and found to tbe the most affordable).  i am so happy with the results.  each print reminds me of a special moment and captures a memory.  of course there are about 20 more photos i want to have printed on stretched canvas, but i may need a bigger house…

  1. oh, lisa… those are amazing. great choices. they really compliment each other and look like fantastic memories.

i have a photo of isaak picking up shells at seal beach. i had it blown up really BIG onto foam board at kinko’s. it graced my office for quite some time at the preschool i directed, and now it graces our living room. i love it. i was planning on doing some more. but i must confess, i’m kinda crushin’ on the canvas look.

I just was introduced to your blog a few weeks ago and love it! Thanks for sharing your ideas and your family! You are precious!

I wondered what kind of canvas you used? Did you use gloss or matte canvas? Also, I noticed some of your pictures are black and white and colored? Am I seeing that right? Or did you use sepia?

    Thanks again! I appreciate you!
