I’ve got a new favorite drink from Starbucks–and it’s fairly low carb {and seriously delicious!}. It’s a cinnamon dolce with whole milk and one pump of sugar free syrup. Oh and whip cream. It’s such a treat and so yummy!

What’s your favorite drink at Starbucks {or your favorite local coffee shop}?
I wait for December and then treat myself to a hot Peppermint Mocha…about once a week :)….I know I can have it any time, but try to tell myself it’s only in December. I just get one pump of peppermint, so it’s not quite so sweet…but ALWAYS have the whipped cream!

I just discovered a little coffee shop in my town while I was reporting on it for an article, and I am sold on their “milk tea.” It’s earl grey brewed in milk, with a shot of housemade vanilla simple syrup. Yum.
Loving your hair pulled back! I keep braiding two small braids in front and then pulling them back into a chignon with all my big hair. I’m trying to go longer between washes, too – curly girls, unite!
