what i wore wednesday

hello june! where did you come from {so glad you’re here!}
it’s wednesday, so i’m linking up with lindsey for some fashion inspiration.

i got this sweet skirt at anthropologie and i’m in love. i might just wear it every day, all year long, super comfy. i paired it with a black tank, my fave gray sweater and my anthro boots. oh, and the sweetest necklace from allora handmade. i took the boys to target and was stopped by three different people who asked about the necklace. such a statement piece!

this summer i feel like all i want to wear are fruity shades–and they all go together.

like peach and lemon.

watermelon and tangerine.

lime and blueberry.

strawberry and plum.

okay, now i’m hungry for fruit salad, how about you?

  1. You are cute with a capital Q!

    I have three (and counting!) necklace/earring sets from Alora and I love them so much that I might let my purse go before them in a mugging!

  2. dressing like fruit salad. love it. 😉 That skirt is so fab! and of course, I LOVE the green Allora rosies! You pair the high waisted skirts/pants so well with tops. You are inspiring me to try one!

  3. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the necklace. I’m guessing Allora has a website?? will have to check that out.

    welcome June – and FINALLY summer weather! now, boy is it sticky and humid!

  4. So cute. Love the Allora necklace. Is that the mini or standard size necklace? Just might have to purchase one for summer.

  5. I totally agree with you about skirts and fun colors in the summer! I am loving that skirt. And I need me an Allora necklace. I keep thinking I will make one and well…. it hasn’t happened.

  6. I love brighter greens and darker blues together too! Even this outfit would be adorable with a navy tank. This outfit looks amazing on you, what a great skirt!

  7. Love the black top with the outfit. Would never had thought to pair it with the rest and it looks so great. Love how it pops!

  8. Lisa, I love your style. I bought the same skirt when I was in Florida a few weeks ago. Wish we had an Anthropologie where I live (Montreal, Canada). I would be shopping there all the time. Thanks for inspiring me. I hope that the skirt looks as nice on me as it does on you.
