  1. You look so cute every week! Can’t believe what you find at Target! Makes me wonder if we have the same stuff at my Target here in CO that you have!?!? Maybe I’ll have to go and have a look around there again soon. I did just get some cute flats there though! 🙂

  2. LOVE your style! I love jCrew (and the jcrew outlet), H&M, Target, Gap, Anthro (sparingly!). and so in love with Target clothes lately… who knew! You inspired my even bigger Target obsession.

  3. Once again I loved something you were wearing and found it, ordered it for myself. I forget about the Sundance outlet! Ordered that precious dress! You always look so cute-and always make me wish I lived somewhere that was hinting at Fall weather…but here I sit in a t-shirt and running shorts…sweating in TX. One day!

  4. I love your outfits! Could you please tell us more about the cream top from Target (recent purchase & who made it) & the grey dress from Old Navy? Thanks!
I’ve recently discovered all the amazing clothes at Target. Great prices & so many styles!

  5. Missional Mama was right, you do look hip. If I took a picture of what I wore everyday people would say, “OH look Amber is wearing plain shorts and a plain shirt…….just different colors.”

    I guess that’s my style!!!

    You look great

  6. so I’m sure you hear it all the time, but I am in awe of your hair. it is so beautiful and suits you to a t. I am also in love with your target tunic- I think I may have to go get one. happy *almost* week-end!

  7. Absolutely love your Vintage Neclace…………..bought in SLO or where ? Keep up this Wed thing, it is fabulous

  8. 1….love your style…well done you
2….love garnet hill, target, sundance, jjill,
3….can’t always afford the above stores so….often go through catalogs, pick outfits i love, clip the pictures and shop at target, marshalls, goodwill etc…and find look alikes…then, mix in some of the good stuff in small doses…works great…just like buying fabric for home projects….buy the less expensive for the big pieces and buy 1 yard of the $75 stuff for pillows!

  9. TJ Maxx, Kohl’s and when I NEED something that I will wear for a long time (like basic black trousers) I’ll try Ann Taylor Loft. Pricey, but worth it for those type items.

  10. You have such an amazing style, I love your Wed. posts! My all time fav clothing retailer is J.Crew, but I tend to shop around for my budget rather than being so loyal to them. Love Gap, Banana Republic, Target and H&M.

  11. GAP since middle school, baby! It is always so “me.” I also shop at Target and, very sparingly, Boden. Mmm. Boden is so fun and quirky!

I look so forward to Wednesday to see your outfits! Still desperately searching for a cute pair of skinny jeans; I like yours from Antrho that are cuffed!

  12. Wow I love that you always (without fail) look great!!
You are very inspirational with your style.
I think I need to add some different tops to my skinny leg jeans, other than just plain long sleeve tops.
The dress in the second pic just suits your colouring so well.
Can I ask how you get the colour like that in your pic? (is it a sepia look?)
Here in Australia, I like Target, Country Road and a couple of other stores.
    Thanks for the inspiration!

  13. The Feels Like Fall necklace is so lovely, forgot to mention …. love the cute name for it, too (whimsical, like Anthro jewwlry names ….)!

  14. Anthro is #1 for special pieces, for a treat – I also love J. Crew and Banana Republic. Gap is always great, as are Esprit and Jacob (great Canadian store). Locally, I love a boutique called Cha Cha Palace in Winnipeg.

  15. Target and Old Navy. But I need to stop looking at your blog on Wednesdays because it makes me want to go out a shop, shop, shop!! 🙂

  16. My teen girls and I looooooove that you do this post! We are shop-a-holics that are on a TIGHT budget!
But for some reason…..find THE BEST DEALS EVER!!

My oldest daughter is a senior and was nominated BEST DRESSED in her class for 2011!

We love TJ Maxx, Dillards, Banana Republic, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21……thrift stores and Target!
It pays to shop around. 🙂

    PS
Your boot selection is making us covet! hehe

  17. i love your style! ok – i am watching general hospital – i know terrible, but i am looking at kate and i then think she reminds of someone. then i think, she reminds me of lisa leonard, but you have much better hair! just thought that i would share! 🙂

  18. I do a lot of my shopping at H&M because it’s affordable. When I really want something fancy I go to Noa Noa, which I love. My bank account starts crying whenever I even pause at the shop windows, though…

  19. Love that camel sweater it is soooo cute with your outfit !! My favorite place to shop lately is Marshalls .Since I am a plus size not always easy to find cute things that look good that are affordable but, you inspire me to keep trying .. thanks for that …also a local thrift shop 25 miles from me I have found some great stuff there !! …be blessed ……

  20. my favorite go to places are target, gap, and h&m. i like target for affordability as well, gap for basics and h&m for that extra something to stand out.

  21. LOVE Marshalls & TJMaxx! Yesterday I scored a pair of leather Guder gloves made in Italy for $29.99 and cashmere Johnstons scarf for $39.99, great deals! 🙂

Ocassionally I buy something from Anthropologie, Banana Republic, Gap and J.Crew.

LOVE your style and those JS boots…. to die for! 🙂

  22. TJ Maxx, White House Black Market (I’m not a snob, really!), Marshalls……that’s where I love love love to shop…..when I get there……..which isn’t very often……..hmmm maybe I will go there today.
    Your outfits are beautiful, Lisa.

  23. love love love that grey dress seriously LOVE:) i like to shop at target, oldnaavy and ross those are my faves.

  24. I had to come by and see your post… I want to raid your closet. I love to shop at Anthropologie, it’s the whole experience. But I do love Gap for basics. I just bought a new pair of jeans there yesterday. Really, you look beautiful in everything you put on! Have a blessed day!

  25. here in the UK, I buy mostly Boden, coast and fat face…sometimes direct and mostly from ebay, so I have picked up some serious bargains that way – I can’t afford a boden wardrobe, but have one via ebay 🙂

  29. I have to admit that your list is pretty much my own for favorite stores! I also like to go to shopruche.com (great dresses, like anthro but most stuff is slightly less expensive) and modcloth.com.

  30. It used to be kinda old-ladyish, but COLDWATER CREEK has the BEST separates! If you have one near by, seriously check them out. The quality is GOOD and when they have sales (which is fairly often) you can make out with some beautiful stuff. The staff is soooo nice and helpful too. For shoes, I’ve recently discovered Shoe Mill – kinda expensive, but the kind of shoes I’ll wear for years and years. (I once wore a pair of Bass penny loafers for 14 years – not kidding!) BTW, I’m turning 40 next April, have 3 daughters and some lumps and bumps, so I carefully consider all that I wear! 🙂

  31. love all your looks!
I’m very partial to Gap since I work there and I can snag some pretty fabulous bargains. I love sharing all of our promos all the time too so I am my store’s Social Media leader 🙂

feel free to follow me on Twitter..

  33. I really like the new sweater from Target! Your favorite places to shop are my favorite places, too!!! I also get a lot of basics at Old Navy and I hit up our local J Crew outlet as often as I can. WIWW is so fun and I’m glad you participtae. You’re one of my faves!

  34. You’re helping me make a fall wardrobe. Thanks! 🙂

I like Fair Indigo (www.fairindigo.com), Mata Traders (www.matatraders.com), and thrift stores.

  35. Great week of outfits! I like how your layered your necklaces. I love Target because I can find something cute for myself while picking up everything else I need.

  36. Number 1 Favorite is J.Crew: however since Ian was born I have reprioritized my cloths budget so currently: Target, Gap Outlet, and Thrift. I love H&M fo rmy Little Man!

  37. right now i’m trying to lose the baby weight – so it’s really hard for me to buy clothes cause i grow out of them so fast. but i’m finally down to a reasonable size and i’m about to get to the Gap for some skinnies and fall clothes! i also LOVE nordstrom. it would be a bad, bad thing if we had one in bakersfield. 🙂

  38. Thrift and consignment stores, Target, Gap, Old Navy, and Ebay for shoes (though I’d so love to be an Anthro girl…)

  39. I love shopping Hot Mama (www.shopmama.com)! Also love Target for trendy pieces that won’t break the bank! And anthro is of course a splurge for me too… we are getting one within walking distance to my house… uh oh!

  40. Wow,you have such great style. I love the way you put things together. My fav’s in shopping are Lord & Taylor, Talbots,DSW shoe wearhouse and QVC for anything else, jewelry, etc. Love
