*

for my sweet little family

and my bigger, amazingly supportive and loving family

for coffee and sunlight

and being able to set my own work schedule

for a husband who is my best friend

and friends who understand my soul

and the friends i’ve never met who read my blog

and care about me and my family

for hope and happiness

even on the hard days.

i am very thankful.

  1. I am still on a family high…Thanksgiving with family at Mount Hermon (they live there) is always a great time…but this year was something special. Our youngest member little Lucy (4mos) was dedicated Thanksgiving morning. Our extended family gathered in a beautiful grove of redwoods as the parents and Lucy’s family promised to love, support and raise her in the ways of our Christian Faith, guiding her in His paths until she is able to make her own decission to follow Him.

    A Thanksgiving to remember!

  4. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your sweet little family. I am one of the “friends” who read your blog and just love hearing the stories and seeing the photographs.

This year I am truly thankful for my supportive husband whom I have been friends with for over 17 years (though only married for 3!) and the laughter and love we share, my sister who is my best friend, my mother who I could never imagine my life without and our morning (and evening) phone calls, my dog, my amazing new job, good friends, my health.

  5. Hi Lisa,

Even though I am not American – my husband thinks that I am because I absolutely loves the United States, I am thankful for an amazing God who is always there, for my kids Emily, Aaron, Eli, Owen, Olivia and Anna and for my husband Ken who loves me unconditionally. Thanks for sharing your life with us and I love your jewelry. Have a great thanksgiving with your family and friends!!!!!

  6. There are so many things that i can’t list them all. Mostly I am thankful to God for His grace, care, and love. He provides exactly what my family and I need when we need it. He has given me my soul mate, beautiful children, precious grandchildren, an amazing job, and a home that been the place where so many memories were made. I am thankful that He is my Savior, my Hope, and my Strong Tower.

All the glory is the Lord’s. Happy Thanksgiving.

  7. Dear God, I have so much to be thankful for. Thank you for my wonderful husband and precious babies. Thank you for all the blessings, big and small, that you have given me. Praise and Glory Be To God.

  8. Today I am thankful for my family, for my grandmother being able to make the trip from NY to TX to celebrate with us (and also the baby’s baptism on Sunday), for having a new baby this year and for a wonderful husband. I am very blessed! Lisa, I don’t know you but I’ve come to love you and your family through your blog. I wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving!

  9. my family and friends of course, but like you, the blogging community is a huge part of what I’m thankful for this year……

I hope your day was terrific !

  10. I’m thankful for many things: my dog, my boyfriend, family, friends, a job, a home, a dependable car, life, health, God, for you & your sweet family! Your talents & the thoughtful words you put into this blog! : ) Hope you & your family had a very Happy Thanksgiving today!

P.S. – Still waiting for the daisy ring to pop up in your online store! : )

  11. I’m thankful for my husband, who supports me no matter what. My kids…that Noah is more fun than ever and that Addison is healthy and always happy. For friends, bloggy and otherwise. For good food, good company, and a big glass of wine!

  12. Happy Thanksgiving Lisa 🙂 I’m so thankful for my family… all of it. The ones close by, and those far away, and friends who are now like family to us.

  13. I’m thankful for family and friends, a wonderful husband, a great job, a warm home. I’m especially thankful to celebrate with my neice today – she and her long-time boyfriend became engaged last weekend. Having lost her dad two years ago – when he was only 50 – it’s wonderful to have something happy to celebrate. We’ll be having Thanksgiving in his home and I know his spirit will be all around us. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family, Lisa.
