  1. “ME+G” like in the immortal book “The Giving Tree” but G instead of T to symbolize my son and my angel, “Gavin”.

  2. My grandparents just passed away on Aug 20th, 2009, they were married for 69 1/2 years, (gpa was 92, gma was 88) they passed away on the SAME day 12 hours to the min apart from each other.. from pneumoina, they had been in great heath, then within a week of getting ill, they passed, their perfect love story of a life together for more than 70+ years(married 69 1/2) is such a blessing to us grandchildren & we take comfort in knowing they never had to live seperate & will forever be together.
So my necklace would say either D + F (Don & Fern) were their names to honor & to always cherish their perfect love story.. or B + B for myself & my husband, we have been married 6 years.. and on our way to 69 1/2 years of marriage!

  3. My best friend just got engaged (to her boyfriend whom she met in her high school cafeteria almost a decade ago!) and asked me to be her maid of honor! Ironically, they just had engagement pictures taken surrounding her favorite tree! So I would get D+K to celebrate her engagement and wish her many years of happiness.

  4. Just found your site and love your jewelry.. Been married going on 41 years this May!! Would love to have our initials engraved in a tree that could be passed down to our yongest granddaughter as a legacy of what commitment means in this day and age of brokenness.. Ours would be P&B.

  5. Mine would be “J+B.” But Maybe it should be “C+Z,” because my daughter, “Chickie,” has decided she wants to marry her brother, “Zoodle,” when they grow up. She doesn’t understand why that won’t be allowed….

  6. I would have LEAA, the initials of my four children, who are the loves of my life.
What a beautiful design. I have a mini initial necklace with my children’s initials, that I wear often, to keep them close to me when I work.

  7. d+t would be my initials of choice for my partner and i. we will be celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary this oct!!!

  8. I would put e+m….for my Pug Emmett (we called him “Em”)….he recently passed away after a 9 month battle with mast cell tumors/cancer. We all miss him so, so much! His 13 years was far too little….)o:

  9. D + C = TLA
We will celebrate our 5 year anniversary in October and I can’t wait to see what the future holds! Every day together is such a blessing. . .

  10. D+M
My wonderful husband Dwight and myself (Melissa). This is such a fun/romantic piece of jewelry! I LOVE IT!

  11. As much as I would want one for myself, I would have K +H placed on it for two sweet friends–Kara and Houston who got married about a month ago. They met when they were 3 & 4 in Sunday school and are just the sweetest couple. Kara is such a romantic and I know she’d proudly wear this necklace as a symbol of her childhood love and forever love…

Thanks for the chance to spoil a friend~
    Lisa

  12. a + r=alyssa + ryan…celebrating our 11th year, first year of us both out of school (just graduated from talbot! yeah!) and actually having space in our life to sit and lean into a tree, read and carve our initials in one! my favorite tree is at the grounds of the huntington library (one of our first dates too!) trees are my favorite and i hope to leave near many of them someday. i hope i win!!

  13. b & j for Brian and Jennifer. We first met in high school. I was in 9th grade and he was in 10th. We dated that summer (’91) and then he moved away. We reunited 3 years later (’94). Then again 2 years after that (’96). Then for the last time in January ’99. We decided at that time to date seriously and were engaged 8 months later. We got married in May 2000. We’ve had our ups and downs like most married couples do. This year has been our best yet. He actually carved a message to me in a tree back in ’99. I have a picture of it on my memo board.

  14. mega cute! i would write “m&3” to stand for me (the mom) and my three kiddos. it reminds me of the giving tree. that is my favorite book to read to my three kiddos…. pure and unconditional love for them!

  15. e+k
    love love love it! darling!
we’ve been married 11 years now…told my college roomies i was moving to the Caymans for the Summer to find my husband bc the “frat boys” at UT werent cuttin’ it…AND I DID! LOL..he was a divemaster and i was waitress on the beach and i brought him back to Knoxville w/me! Here we are 11 years and 4 kids later! =)

  16. t + d

he first rode me home on his bike in 1965 in bad axe, mi

by the way love my grandma necklace, a gift from my grandchildren

  17. I love this necklace! We will celebrate 14 years in December and God has blessed me with a wonderful partner in life. I would put S and A for Scott and Alicia. What a great idea!!

  18. Oh, this is fantastic! When we were dating, my hubby, then boyfriend stuck into my old elementary school and carved Brian + Lisa on a tree. He surprised me with it when he was done. It was so sweet and romantic. That was way back in 1993 and the tree and the school are now sadly gone 🙁 But we are still going strong. so Yeah. I have a picture of us by the tree, but this necklace would be just the perfect reminder of one of the first of many romantic gestures he has done for me over the years. Thanks, it’s beautiful!

  19. hum. maybe i would put k + l for me and my hubby. but then maybe, i would put LUL. my husband lance and i get to chat on msn while he is busy working, and we always type LU to each other, in stead of love you (maybe we are just lazy), but it is something we do, and i like it. so LUL, which would stand for Love You Lance. because he is my happiness.

  20. A & B
Darling necklace! We just celebrated our 6th anniversary and have a one year old. Watching my husband be a daddy to our son has made me fall in love him all over again.

  21. OMgoodness! I just love your work and have been a lurker 🙂 I would have S & L put on the pendant for the love of my life, Stephen. I recently purchased and am anxiously awaiting the grace alone necklace from Dayspring for a friend. The {in} courage site is just that and I love that you are part of it. Thank you for offering this item and Congratulations to whomever wins!

  22. either C+A or A+C. chris and amanda are marrying, that’s all that matters. my little son is marrying a chick with 2 kids, so i will be an instant grandma!

or J+L or L+J.i guess i forget about buying things for myself!

  23. s + j

I still love seeing our initials next to each other! Thanks for reminding me today how very much I’m in love with my husband. This necklace is truly an inspiration.

  24. I know that it is completely random – but I would have the word ‘guts’ written on my sweetheart tree. My fiance and I say ‘I love your guts’ to eachother. It means the opposite of ‘I hate your guts’ – because we love even the yucky-est things about eachother, I (even) love your guts!

  25. What a fun necklace. We just celebrated 2 years and I would love to show my love for my hubby in a way like this. I would put k + e on this. Thanks for your generosity (even if I don’t win).

  26. S + W. Our first wedding anniversary is coming up Sept. 20. We waited a long time to find each other and are so happy we did.

  27. I would put… “MAMA”.. Because we’re a family of 4… And all of them are my sweethearts.. And our initals just happen to spell “MAMA” for Matt,Amy,Montgomery, And Austin….

    Good luck to everyone…

  28. B + B (My sister teases that we should open a Bed and Breakfast called B&B’s B&B. She’s a goof!)

Ben and I have been together since we were 16 years old. We’d always say, “Some day” referring to all the dreams we had for the future. Our someday became a reality on 8/27/05. Eleven years later, we’re so blessed to have 2 beautiful sons (We welcomed our newest one 4 weeks ago.) and the unconnditional love and support of our families.

Your necklace is beautiful and it would be such a great reminder of our forever love. (Not to mention a great anniversary present=)

  29. this is adorable!
    R + L
    for me and my sweetie….
we will celebrate 5 years married in November. 7 years together. and a lifetime left to go!

  30. I LOVE that necklace! It’s so adorable! I would want S + J . My husband Jerry and I have been together for 20 years this summer ( I was 14) and our 14th wedding anniversary is coming up in October. This is just beautiful and something I would always cherish.

  31. It would have to be “M+H” for my daughter and my new “son”. They are celebrating their first anniversary and I think this would be the perfect gift for me to give them. Happy Birthday!

  32. I would give that to my brother’s sweet wife, with their initials…..M+L.
They have been married for 7 years and their love is just as strong as their faith.

  33. You are so creative & talented!!
I love this charm, and would choose t + s. Married for 5 years, together 10, 2 girls under 3. Marriage certainly hasn’t always been easy, we’ve had some up’s and downs like everyone has. But this necklace would be a fantastic reminder of how the tree weathers life’s storms, and how we are as well. Love it!

  34. I would put C&A (for Cherith and Aaron) I have been married to my amazing husband and best friend for over 7 years now . We love spending time together no matter where we are…it’s our favorite past time!! I love this design of the tree and the carved initials. It is truly unique, and it would be a lot of fun to wear! Cherith

  35. M(att) + C(hristina) = True love! How perfect would this be? Our 5th anniv. is in a few weeks and #5’s traditional material is SILVERWARE!?! That rocks!

  36. b + m
My husband and I just celebrated our 5th anniversary! Because we just started a new business we have no money and didn’t get gifts for each other. This necklace would be a great celebration!

  37. EVERY NEW NECKLACE you pump out is more adorable than the last – how is that possible?!

    c + s would be my pick. 🙂

  38. i would put B & E…it’s almost 10 yrs for us and we have 2 little boys to be thankful for:) 2 and 5 yrs..so adorable thank you!

  39. I would want an M & A for Matthew and Annalisa. He’s my husband, and the love of my life and I couldn’t think of a more perfect person for me, or want anyone but him to love me forever!!! Great work!

  40. C & M
we started dating when I was 15 and will celebrate 11 years of marriage in September… we have been together more than half of my life… amazing isn’t it – 2 boys later and still happy together

  41. well, i was thinking that maybe i should put “edward” on it in light of my new found obsession for the twilight books and vampire crushes BUT…since I did marry my best friend (who thankfully hasn’t divorced me yet despite watching the movie 5x and reading the books 2x…i must go with him (ya know, since he is REAL!) 😉
    w + j 7.6.02

  42. E♥L
we’ve been together since I was 13 so we really are childhood sweethearts – we celebrated 17 years of togetherness last week, and have been married for nearly 12 years {sigh} and have two beautiful children.
thanks for the chance to win such a pretty necklace.

  43. m + n

my husband and I just celebrated our 12 year anniversary on aug 2nd.
Beautiful and fun! I love your jewelery. There is nothing else out there like it!

  44. nothing too creative, just A heart R, for amy loves ron who is my total sweetie! God brought us together 13 years ago at Biola University and 10 years of marriage, two kids later, still going through the ups and downs. I praise God that He knew what He was doing when I have so willingly been ready to through in the towel!

  45. C + J
I love this idea and have never seen it on jewelry. We just returned from the mountains and I asked my husband to carve our initials into a tree, but he said no because it destroys the tree- how unromantic 🙂 But this is truely ROMANTIC!

  46. Can you get any more creative?! I mean really!! So cute! I would just have to keep it simple and do j+j. We’ve been married almost 10 years and we love each other more today than when we got married and I didn’t think that could be possible!!! 🙂

  47. I would pick “N + A” Our initials are M and J, so I’m sure N and A would get questions. It stands for Now and Always, which has become our battle cry in our 4 years of marriage — the divorce of parents, unemployment, cross county moves, the death of our child….we are staying committed to each other no matter what the Lord brings our way. Thanks, Lisa. Love the new piece.

  48. My boyfriend helped turn my life around. I would definitely place his initial next to mine. I hope I win…thanks Lisa.

  49. a+b would be the two initials on my sweetheart tree. I have a really cool story about how my husband and I met, and I love to tell it! I was in community college (I had moved in the middle of my senior year, and my grandpa passed away six weeks before I graduated, so I wasn’t ready to go away to school) for my first two years. My second semester, I had a really long period between classes, and didn’t have any transportation to go anywhere; so I just stayed at school and got my work done. After I got my work done, I started going in to Yahoo Chat, and just messing around in there. One day in April of 1999, I met this “guy” (cuz who knew if he was lying at the time), and we really clicked. We talked every day for hours on end. School ended, and we didn’t talk over the summer. Once we started school again, I saw him on the net, and said hello. I was hearbroken b/c he didn’t remember me. Thankfully after a couple of clues, the light clicked. From that day, we talked every single day, I would go to my friend’s house and talk to him on the phone (yes, it was sneaky, but I couldn’t help myself). He told me that he knew he was going to marry me before we even met in person. It was CRAZY, but it just felt so right. So, the topic of meeting came up. My dad is a pastor, and he is very strict, so I knew that would be a no-go. Adam asked for my dad’s email address ( I actually led Adam to the Lord, so he said he wanted to ask my dad some things about Christian books to get so he could strengthen his walk with God). It turns out he lied to me, and he asked my dad for permission to meet me. He told my dad that he knew he would probably be declined, but that I was such an amazing person, he had to try anyway because there was a 50% chance that my dad would say yes; and if he missed out on that 50% and my dad would have approved then he would regret not trying for the rest of his life. (I read the email and I CRIED). My dad surprisingly was insanely impressed, called Adam and talked on the phone for a few hours, (this was November 5, 1999) and Adam was in church to meet me on November 7, 1999. The rest is history. On Nov. 7, we will be together for 10 years, on Oct. 23, we will be married for 5 years, and on Feb. 27, our precious little girl, Morgan, will be 3 years old!! I couldn’t be more in love. Adam is the best husband and daddy. He is definitely a gift from God, and I am so blessed to have him in my life. Sorry this is so long, but I love our cool little love story <3

  50. m + s–We just celebrated our first wedding anniversary and couldn’t be happier! LOVE this new necklace. And I really love your photography. I hope to be that good at it one day.

  51. OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHH darling!
e&k – it’s how I sign everyhing. LOVE being a Mrs. and looking forward to our 9th anniversary.
Your work is so charming. I think this is fantastic!!

  52. This reminds me of one of my favorite books that I read to my 3 year old all the time…The Giving Tree. I would put S + R and under it AFU (always, forever, unconditionally) This is our mantra and my husband is my soul mate and my rock.

  53. I love your new design. I would have to agree with the person who posted LIVE.

I’ve been married almost 12 years now. Our relationship has endured many things, the worst being the recent loss of our son. Life has new meaning to us now. The dark clouds remain and probably will forever, but if you look hard enough there is always sunshine! We choose to live each day to the fullest, that is what our son would want for us and for his siblings. We choose a life with hope for good things to come, with joy in our hearts, with gratitude to our Lord for his love endures forever, and with peace that only He can give. Choosing that attitude doesn’t mean it is always easy, but it sure beats anger and bitterness towards something we cannot control.

  54. I would put K+J just like the initials we carved in a local park’s tree when we were first dating our senior year and where my sweet hubby proposed to me too 🙂

  55. M&A would be perfect on the sweetheart tree necklace!
I have just recently found your blog and LOVE IT!!! And from your blog, I have found, (In)Courage, and love that blog as well! It seems that these two blogs have come to me in a time and place where I so needed them.
    Thanks~
    Amanda

  56. R+W My husband Bill (who I call and always have called William) and I will be celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary this December. We have 6 children ranging in age from 33 down to 21; and I have one of your bracelets with their names on it and wear it all of the time. I also have 2 granddaughters and have their names on one of your necklaces and also wear it all of the time. I would love to have a sweetheart tree necklace to remember my sweetheart that caused it all to happen!

  57. This is seriously the cutest thing EVER!! I would definitely have to put me and my husband’s initials on it! M+S 🙂 Hope I win! I never win anything. 🙁

    Thanks for the chance!

  58. 20 years, 5 children, built 2 houses, a cow, pig, dog, cats. chickens, homeschooling and running a business.
Every day is a blessing and I love you more than ever…
    S + L

  59. Oh, this would be so great! Especially since we recently celebrated our anniversary 🙂

    j&r would be perfect!

  60. I love this! Mine would say A & T, for Alice and Tim. It will be 27 years on Sept. 11. How would this look as a key chain for the guys?

  61. s & c…sam & cheryl we have been married 10 years and i love him more today than i ever thought possible! he fights my dragons and slays my tigers-he is my hero and best friend! i love the new design.

  62. D & J
I love our initials… not just because it’s an acronymn for a disc jockey but my husband Dave & I (jamie) just celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary on 8/13. We’re as crazy in love today as we were when we first met.

  63. So sweet! Ours would be Z&N and we have been married for 9 years! “…a longing fufilled is a tree of life” is a verse from proverbs that is special to us!

  64. Another adorable idea! I think I would have M & L for my husband and I. It will be 9 years married next month….14 years together. Wait, am I old enough to have been dating someone that long? Eek.

  65. r + s …. for the most incredible, honorable, hard-working husband on the planet! 5 wonderful, painful, difficult, infertile, prayerful, God-honoring, glorious years down and 55 more to go! *Isaiah 336*

  66. I would put L + J for my hubby and me. We have been married 9 years. His mother introduced us while I was student teaching at her school. I knew it was meant to be from the moment I saw him. : )

  67. I would have J + K. When we first met, I couldn’t stand him! After he made a few life changes, we started talking. My mother met him when she came to visit me and when she went home, told people at work that she thought I would marry him. 6 months after we first started dating, we got married. A day before our 1 year anniversary, we welcomed our daughter. We recently celebrated our daughter’s first birthday, our 2nd anniversary and we’re expecting our 2nd daughter in October. If you had told me 2 1/2 years ago that this would be my life, I would never have believed you. I am so blessed!

  68. i’m thinking i might like a word if i had this necklace

    true

otherwise….of course the personalized j and s for my husband and i would be amazingly sweet as well. i’m so thrilled to have found your site. the jewelry is so adorable. i’m asking for one for christmas. 🙂 thanks for sharing the new design! very creative!!!

  69. a + p … the initials of my parents, who gave me roots to become the person I am today. And for setting the example of a loving, caring marriage. My marriage is what it is today because of them.

  70. a & k – For my lovable brother and my precious SIL – and for my 3 adorable nephews that they have given me!
    Such a creative idea!

  71. We just had our 8th year anniversary. We have two kids F & M and their intitals would be perfect for your beautiful design.

  72. g & k always!
So thrilled to live life with a husband that shows me daily how much he adores me! God has blessed me so much!!!

  73. I would choose p & g…I love being married to the man that God chose for me…we just celebrated 13 years and I am excited about what the Lord has in store for us!

  74. t + m Married 11 years and still going strong, even though we have survived many bumps in the road including a child with special needs!

  75. I would have to get M + L for me and my fiance. We just got engaged about a week ago!! I’m super excited and can’t wait to take the next step. We’ve been dating for 6.5 years now.

PS. This is such a beautiful and whimsical piece.

  76. I would either do J&K for myself and my hubby John. Or I would do L & W for my girlfriends twins Lily and Wyatt and give it to her. Her hubby passed away a little more than a year ago so I would give her this for her kiddos.

  77. I would put C + L for Charlie and Liz. We’ve been married for three wonderful years and I can’t believe how much more I love him now than I even did on our wedding day.

  78. now how cute is that?
    love it..
    b + r = <3
25 years and 5 kids…dang ..never in a million years would I have thought I’d be typing that about myself

  79. I’d put “M + J = forever” if there was room

We will celebrate (gulp!) our 35th anniversary on December 21 and this would be a lovely way to commemorate it.

Thanks for all the beautiful things you do .

  80. I would put a + g for me and my amazing husband Grant. We just celebrated 2 years of marriage and couldn’t be happier! Your jewelry is so unique and beautiful! To me, this necklace signifies a marriage with strong roots through Jesus Christ. Grant is a cancer survivor at age 28 and we are forever blessed! Thank you for being such an inspiration, Lisa!

  81. I would stamp ‘ride’, because my husband and I met, dated, and fell in love thanks in part to bicycles. (And you recently rediscovered how fun they are, no?) Now, seven years later, that word is all about our journey together: enjoy the ride.

  82. b + s
brent and shannon…..we met through eharmony and have been married now 5 1/2 years! we also have two amazing babies! the Lord has been good to me and blessed me greatly! i think the necklace is adorable and i have enjoyed everyone’s entries and what they would put and what the necklace represents to them. it is always encouraging to know that relationships are making it through thick and thin! love is such a beautiful thing….especially when the Lord blesses it.
thanks for sharing your creations and sharing with two winners….so gracious you are!

  83. y + j…we started off friends, then a couple, then married and now brand new parents…he’s just like the roots of a tree for me…strong and steady and a miracle.

  84. This is so funny! My husband and I got married a little over a month ago, and we have a conversation that pertains to our names a lot. My maiden name, Holz, is the German word for “wood,” and my husband’s (and now my) last name, Stubbe, is the German word for “tree stump.” People always love hearing about that, and they like to call us “The Trees” or “The Tree Stumps.” I just got so excited when I saw this necklace! It was be so fun and funny to win it!
I would put j + k for Jason and Kelli!

  85. n + l

I love this! My husband and I were married under a giant willow tree and though a stump isn’t quite the same as a tree, I know my memories would return to that moment every time I put it on!!!

  86. My necklace would have G + A, which stands for Gabe + Abbie…Gabe is someone who has restored my faith in true love (amazing, amazing man:)!!! Thanks!!

  87. This necklace is fantastic and super cute! I’d either do E + M for Eric and Melody or ILY (for I Love You). ILY is the last part of a little phrase we make a game of “hiding” for the other to find. The full thing is SHMILY (See How Much I Love You), but that won’t fit. We read about it in a couple’s devotional when we first married and have been hiding that phrase in packed lunches, junk drawers, medicine cabinets, etc. for each other ever since. I need to buy stock in post its (what we usually write it on).

  88. wow! this is just too cute! great work, lisa! i’m not sure, since i have 4 letters and my husband’s name is only 3, whether i would do “bob” or if i’d choose “b+j”. after almost 19 years, he’s still the ONE!

  89. e + s
    for Eric and Shelli.
We just celebrated 16 years of marriage, but realized this year that with the courting and engagement, we’ve been together 19 years, which is half of our lives – the best half! It just keeps getting better!

  90. I would put S + L in honor of our approaching 20th anniversary, and to honor MY Steve, who married not only me, but my two children and has been a wonderful father to them.

  91. p+p
We dated since I was 16 and he was 21. We married one month after my 20th birthday. We have been married 24 years and I love him so much more than the day we were married. I recently asked my parents why the allowed me to marry so young. Their response – he was so obviously your soul mate, how could you find anyone better? We have two sons, 11 & 15, our life has been so blessed.

    Blessings, Patti

  92. Hi Lisa–It’s my 39th birthday today 🙂 Regularly check your blog and love all your designs. This one is no exception. Finally found the man of my dreams after many, many years of looking, lol. We’re getting married on Halloween so I would put our initials, c+p….thanks!

  93. I love it! I would put T + A for Tim and Amanda. We have been married 8 years, and together for 12 through many trials and through it all our love has only grown stronger!!!

  94. K + J
We will celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary this November. It’ s amazing feeling to have everything you have always wanted, and sometimes what you didn’t even know you needed, right in front of you! I am so blessed. Love the necklace!

  95. C+L for Corinne and Lucas. We just celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary… doesn’t seem that long until you look at our two kids our and crazy busy lives! 🙂

    Beautiful necklace!

  96. Awesome piece of jewelry!!! I would have to have my husbands and my initials carved on the tree truck–C & J. You know, I have never carved initials in a tree, but we used to have a huge tree in our back yard at our house in NC that had lots of initials carved in it. I used to go out there to study the tree and make up stories about all the initials. What a lot of history they must have seen as the tree was hundreds of years old.
    thank you.
    Cheryl Sims

  97. Oh, Lisa, this is truly your best yet!

To represent all of us, I’d put:

    r j a d with a tiny heart below…

    lovely, just lovely…

  98. I’d have J + D. Jeremy is my husband of 5 years. My high school sweetheart, who has been with me through thick and thin.

  99. I love this one…..too precious!
I would but K+S for Kevin and Sarah. I’ve been married to my sweetheart for 11 years now and I wouldn’t change a thing! 🙂

  100. Love this new necklace! I would put J + P for my husband and I celebrate our 42nd anniversary
the last day of August. We met 44 years ago when we were 18 years old. Really enjoy your blog and your wonderful designs.

  101. Wow! That’s such a sweet necklace!! I’d love to put T & K on it for my husband and I – it’ll be 10 years for us soon! Thanks and blessings to you and yours!

  102. SO CUTE! After just losing a dear friend to cancer, I would have to choose ‘LIVE’….it would serve as a reminder to live each day as though it’s your last. Live with love, Live with Peace, and Live with Gratitude.
Amazing work Lisa…you keep outdoing yourself!

  103. I would add

    K&K

I particulary like the tree and the roots as it reflects the foundation of our relationship. Going on 9 years in March 2010, it’s been good and some days even bad, but at the end of the day we have chosen to love, care, adore, respect and treat each other kindly at all times. Solid foundation – like your tree necklace.

    Holding thumbs

  104. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!!!! As always you have out done yourself!

This year is our 10 year wedding anniversary!! WOOT WOOT.. wink!
    BIG HUGS!!!

    Julie

  105. Depending on the flexability of the size of the letters, I think I would put J for my fiance Jonathan and then a bigger G to represent our future last name, and then finally E for Elizabeth (which is me). We are to be married in less than a year, and God has truly blessed me with my best friend. I have never known anyone like him.

  106. I would put J and T for Julie and Tom with a G in the middle representing God in the center of our marriage! (JGT)

  107. Mine would say K&B XOXO

This has been a tough year with 3 layoffs for my husband but we just keep on keeping on and hold on to our Hope in Him!

  108. m + v
    Gorgeous jewellery!

We’ve had our ups and downs, but more ups than downs, and celebrate our 20th next spring.

  109. c + j–i think one of us even carved our initials in a piece of wood once as a gift for the other one.just can’t remember who did what. what a beautiful piece. and i’m really proud of your news interview! i watched it online and am so proud of you. you looked and sounded great.

  110. How fun this piece is! Reminds me of that sing-song type of poem we probably all sang as children…”Michael and Laurie sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g, first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby in the baby carriage” Totally true for my husband and I (well, not the kissing in the tree part). Not just one baby for us though…six babies over the years in our baby carriage!

  111. I’d keep it simple; just B + C. We’ve been married over 31 years, so it’s a shame you don’t have enough room to engrave “geezers” on the piece!

  112. I must win this!! I love it! My husband proposed to me on Humphrey’s peak in Flagstaff, AZ and after I accepted (of course) we carved our initials on a tall pine tree. So, of course this would be perfect. I’m so excited. I love it!

  113. j + b

  115. I absolutely adore your work. I would put r+s (rick and shani). We recently celebrated our 10 yr anniversary and have two wonderful children. We share the love of the outdoors, so the sweetheart tree is a perfect reflection of our lives!

  116. Oh Lisa, this is so cute! I absolutely love it! I would put c+c for me and my husband (chris and christie). PS. I finally ordered a canvas of the pink flower picture you sent me and put it up in my daughter’s room. I’ll post about a few new canvas pieces this week and send you a link. Thanks for sharing a Lisa Leonard original with me! 🙂

  117. m + m for matt, my husband, and maggie…we love our initials together 🙂 we are so cheezy!! we even had m&ms at our wedding as the favor!

  118. a + s. my husband is in california training with the marines right now, and i can’t wait until he gets home.

  120. K + S

My husband and I are coming up on our 10 year wedding anniversary and I would love to have this necklace to celebrate! 🙂

    Love all your work, btw!

  121. I would want J + J… for John and Jane (high school sweethearts) Together 26 years but just celebrated our 16 year wedding anniversary on 8/1. I still have a few high school notebooks in the attic with lots of John + Jane and lots of hearts. They always make me smile!!!! I am so lucky to have found the best guy in the world.

  122. Oh! And he even put a heart around it just like the necklace! How neat! ***Sorry, I just needed to tell you that! 🙂

  123. S & A
We’ve been struggling with infertility and it’s taken its toll on our marriage. I still love him dearly regardless of the outcome! 🙂

  124. When my husband and I were dating we went to Baltimore (we live in NC) and carved our initials in a tree in the harbor (G+A). Nine months later we were married! We will be celebrating our 10th anniversary in March! We are more in love today than ever! How much fun it would be to have a necklace with a reminder of our dating days!

  125. D + W … for David and Wendy then underneath it would have LAA which stands for Little Alot Alittle that how much we say we say we love each other. We even have LAA engraved in our wedding bands!

  126. S + K … we will be celebrating our one year anniversary this Saturday and expecting our first little buddle of joy in just a few weeks!!! Absolutely love your jewerly and will be ordering some pieces once we decide on her name!!!

  127. S + S…Our 14 year anniversary is in Sept. I always wanted to carve our initials in a tree. I need to do get that done!!

  128. B + M…we just got married 3 weeks ago. He is the love of my life and my best friend. I couldn’t be happier!

  129. B + M…we just got married 3 weeks ago. He is the love of my life and my best friend. I couldn’t be happier!

  130. hmmmm….I was gonna try and think of something different, but I guess t + r would be just fine (tim and rebecca)….our 6 yr anniversary is soon, so this would be so nice to get!

  131. I would put C +B for my husband Chris, we are middle school sweethearts. We celebrated our 4 year anniversary in June with our 8 month old twin boys!
