  1. I am looking forward to celebrating a no kidding seasons changing raking leaves, jumping in the piles, mulled cider, brisk air, apple picking, cider sipping, amazing fall for the first time in MANY years. I love Cali but bring on Michigan Autumn!!!!

  2. I”m looking forward to celebrating my 2nd wedding anniversary Oct 6th with my adorable, sweet, patient, forgiving, generous, hot, did I mention patient? hubby. We waited one looong year to get married b/c I wanted so badly to be married in the fall and it’s so worth it!

  3. So pretty! I love fall…September is my favorite month. I’m looking forward to apples, bonfires, fresh cider, starting up school again (we homeschool), sitting inside on a wet and chilly day drinking hot chocolate and reading.

  4. Because I live in Texas, I like the fall because it is USUALLY no longer 100 degrees outside. What I really enjoy is watching the trees change from green to beautiful shades of orange, red, and yellow.
I am also looking forward to my daughter’s first Halloween costume. Decisions…decisions…decisions!

By the way…I LOVE your jewelry! I get compliments on my necklaces all the time.

  5. Beautiful necklace! All of your stuff is great! I admire from afar! I also admire a huge oak tree that sits out in the middle of a field close to our house. I love the fall becuase I love to watch the evolution of this tree. When I was pregnant with my Brenna I took a picture of the tree every month I was pregnant with her and framed them to hang in her nursery to show the seasons that we waited for her! They are a lovely addition to her nursery if I do say so myself.

  6. Another great necklace! I am looking forward to putting my whole family in their sweatshirts. I love the snuggly feeling of cuddling with a little one who is all bundled up!

  7. Fall– cool crisp breeze- yet you still have that warm sunny beam on your face–leaves blowing in the air. Glorious colors scattered throughout the earth— God’s handiwork so beautiful.. Fall aromas– apples and pumpkins goodies in the kitchen.
    Thanks!
    Jennifer

  8. I’m looking forward to coming home for fall the most!!! I live on the mission field in the Middle East and I will be home on furlough for 2 weeks. I am so excited to see family and friends, but also for anything pumpkin!!! Pumpkin spiced latte’s are probably at the top of that list, but pumpkin bread, cookies, etc. Ahhhh, can’t wait!

Your jewelry is beautiful by the way!!!

  9. Who doesn’t love fall? The colors, the pumpkins, the cooler weather (just perfect for a pair of comfy jeans and an old sweater–but warm enough that you can still wear your favorite flip flops from summer), and pumpkin spice lattes. I love hardy mums–maybe they’re a reminder that we can survive yet another winter! Great question and beautiful jewelry! Now I know what to ask for for Christmas this year!

  10. Good question, why do I love fall? I love the fall because it reminds me of…. kids playing football in the backyard, the fabulous colors of the leaves in the Georgia mountains, cooking out, the cool breeze in the evening, my 16th wedding anniversary, making s’mores, wearing sweaters, watching soccer of cool Saturday mornings, and just playing with my 4 children and my husband in front of the fireplace on an early evening after school. Life is good!

  11. I’m looking forward to the leaves, driving to the mountains and parks and letting the kids play, and the smell of the autumn air. It’s my favorite time of year.

  12. That is just lovely. All of your items are each like a tangible dream…I just want to float away. I am looking forward to the scents, sounds, and visions of fall leaves this Fall. Funny I blogged about this this morning…before reading your Fall question! I love it all really.

    Thanks…
    J.J.

I also look forward to fall weather and the colors as they are so beautiful.

Your new necklace design is beautiful.

  131. Lisa: I’m looking forward to temps below 90. August in “Hotlanta” is almost unbearable, (for this transplanted yankee!) and I’m menopausal! If that’s isn’t a combustible combination, I don’t know what is. The necklace is gorgeous! We recently researched our family crest and found out that it was some kind of boar’s head. My son was mortified! He’d definitely approve of yours… Destiny

  132. Fall will bring fresh winds of God’s words into my life as I start a study of John with a group of women. 271. The bittersweetness of fall…loving the quietness of the house with all the children at school and hating that very same quietness becasue they’re gone. This sentiment parallels the season itself…lingering in the last of the warmth of summer, mingled with the welcoming of the briskness of the not-to-far-off chill of the winter ahead. Fall is so like life itself, like mothering…always finding oneself not quite having entirely left where one was or completely arriving where one is headed.
