how to make plans while doing everyday issues

Hello friends! It’s our last week of school and I’m trying to figure out how to make summer as relaxing and productive as possible. We have fun things planned but also lots to do–work, house stuff and just life. I always image summer as this super relaxed season but I always end up rushing from one thing to the next instead of slowing down.

Today I’ve got a few pics of our kitchen sink to share. This is the spot where countless dishes have been washed. I love the light from the kitchen window and a few pretty things that make it a special space. It’s Monday, how about some hellos for a brand new week?

***Hello Monday is where I greet the new week with an open heart and a fresh perspective. It’s a new beginning–and there’s so much to be thankful for! Join me by leaving your own hellos in the comments section or linking up a hello monday post there!***

  1. Hi Lisa, are your rings cut with nickel at all? I am looking for some rings that have absolutely no nickel in them because I am allergic. I can’t wear my wedding ring because they failed to mention their white gold rings were cut with nickel. Thanks!

  2. Hello! It’s our last week of school, too! This time next week, all four of us will be together for the summer. Hello to feeling like things are slowing down, hello to a heatwave in the PNW, and hello to my 20th high school reunion this weekend – yikes! I’m nervous!

  3. Hello to having my son back home after his first mission trip with our church’s youth group. Hello to taking on the 20 Minutes 30 Days challenge (#2030make) with littlegirldesigns.com – taking 20 minutes a day to do something creative – I REALLY need this! Hello to getting on my bicycle for the first time in a long time, and hopefully making it a habit. Hello summer weather!
